The November study session’s theme was signal flares.
Signal flares also have an expiration date.
We studied how to confirm that expiration date, how to thoroughly ensure their replacement, and how to explain these things to customers.
In December, we re-confirmed our vehicle inspection reception procedures.
Although it’s something we do every time, the reception process is crucial, so it’s essential to ensure we don’t let our guard down at any step.
