Daijin Sangyo has implemented 'Shigoto Conveni®',
which is a convenient work and job-seeking support hub.
We're establishing community hubs specifically designed for parents with children, offering a safe and supportive environment for both work and learning. Each hub will have dedicated, trained staff members on-site at all times.
Local residents who register as approved members after an interview will carry out the work. Clients can include local businesses, other residents, or government agencies. Our staff plays a crucial role in connecting these two groups. They'll thoroughly understand the needs of both the client and our members, then break down tasks by time and content or distribute responsibilities among teams to ensure the work is manageable and appealing. This careful planning helps us discover and create suitable job opportunities for our members.
Available jobs will be distributed as "Work Opportunities", allowing registered members to choose tasks that fit their schedules and express their interest. Even if members lack specific experience or skills, they're encouraged to take on various challenges. We provide comprehensive support through study sessions, peer learning, and staff guidance, ensuring everyone has the chance to learn and grow.
