Our staff plays a crucial role in connecting these two groups. They'll thoroughly understand the needs of both the client and our members, then break down tasks by time and content or distribute responsibilities among teams to ensure the work is manageable and appealing. This careful planning helps us discover and create suitable job opportunities for our members.
Available jobs will be distributed as "Work Opportunities", allowing registered members to choose tasks that fit their schedules and express their interest. Even if members lack specific experience or skills, they're encouraged to take on various challenges. We provide comprehensive support through study sessions, peer learning, and staff guidance, ensuring everyone has the chance to learn and grow.
