This study session was a presentation of opinions raised at the “Opinion Exchange Meeting with Kumamoto Prefecture and the Construction Industry Association,” which our department manager, Kawakami, recently attended.
The theme was “Communication Between Ordering Parties and Contractors Regarding Design Changes.”
The internal conclusion was that when changes occur, a consultation document should be exchanged, and drawings and quantities should be submitted each time.
We aim to apply these learnings to future construction projects.
