It’s early spring.
Although the cherry blossoms have completely fallen and it’s full-fledged spring every day, we are uploading about the February study session, which took place during a somewhat colder period.
This study session featured a documentary video titled “Now, the Time for Maintenance Factories to Change with IT,” showcasing efforts by urban maintenance factories to acquire customers.

By seeing other companies’ initiatives focused on customer satisfaction—such as making full use of tablets to present easy-to-understand price estimates and service details to customers, and providing quick quotes—it provided hints that could lead to a change in our company’s direction.
