March’s study session focused on Road Maintenance and Repair Outsourcing Services.
Our former maintenance representative, Mr. Sato, participated in a briefing session. He then shared insights within the department on topics such as the workflow for road maintenance outsourcing, on-site response during emergencies or abnormal weather conditions, methods for filling out and reporting work reports, and the introduction of a disaster information sharing system.
