The Construction Department’s August study session was about “Electronic Bidding.” Bidding is usually the sales department’s area, but this time, it was conducted by Construction Department Assistant Manager Kawakami. This was done to clarify individual duties and to share the content of each department’s operations with everyone.
Before the study session, Sales Department Manager Honda taught us how to collect information related to bidding and the procedures for electronic bidding, and this was meticulously compiled into a manual. Based on that manual, the General Affairs Department also participated and conducted the session.
