Inside, there was a letter and some sweets from a customer.
The letter contained words of gratitude for our handling of a recent accident. Apparently, it was raining on the day of the accident, and our mechanics acted quickly and resourcefuly to manage the situation. This thoughtful gesture came from the mother of the person involved.
Such letters of thanks are truly heartwarming. We will continue to strive to think from our customers’ perspectives and respond accordingly.
