On September 7th (Friday), from 4:00 PM, we had the opportunity to participate in a cooking class organized by the Minamioguni Town Diet and Lifestyle Improvement Promotion Council at the Minamioguni Town Management Center. The class was part of their “Skill-Up Project for Lifestyle-Related Disease Prevention by Generation.”
Even our chairman, who usually never cooks, actively participated!

[The Apron Doesn’t Quite Suit Him]
We deftly prepared three dishes, including mixed rice with sakura shrimp and green perilla.

It was a valuable experience for our Vietnamese and Myanmar technical interns to learn about Japanese cuisine!

We were able to enjoy a fun time, preparing dishes with teamwork that was different from our usual work.
We are grateful for the invitation.
Thank you very much.
